亞洲生技產業最大盛事，第十六屆台灣生技月系列活動之一【台灣生物科技大展】於台北南港展覽館熱鬧開展。今年展覽吸引中國、日本、韓國、澳洲、德國、瑞士、美國、加拿大等國家地區生技業者大陣仗來台參展，全館聚焦產業特性，以雙層展廳專業劃分12大主題區，共計約35間上市興櫃企業600參展商、1400攤位，規模歷年之最。
國際創業投資論壇更是年度焦點，今年邀請維梧資本（Vivo Capital）、Nest Bio Venture、Quan Capital 等創投專家齊聚分享，公司自新創至成長過程所需天使基金、創投、私募甚至於併購至上市資金取得的秘訣。為幫助生技產業與金融投資領域更密切交流促成更緊密的合作，台灣金融分析專業人員協會與台灣生物產業協會攜手合作舉辦金融投資BioTaiwan參訪團，目前已突破數十位金融投資、創投、證券業者預約成團前往觀展，開幕前有望吸引更多潛在投資人與會，為台灣生技產業長期發展注入更多活水與契機。

Asia's largest biotech industry event, one of the 16th Taiwan Biotechnology Month Series "2018 BioTaiwan Exhibition" was held in Taipei Nangang Exhibition Hall. It attracted a large number of biotech companies from China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Germany, Switzerland, the United States, Canada and other countries to participate in the exhibition. BioTaiwan focused on different industrial characteristics and divided into 12 major theme sections with a double-layer exhibition hall, contained totally about 35. 600 exhibitors and 1400 booths of listed companies.
The International Venture Capital Forum is the focus of this year. Vivo Capital, Nest Bio Venture, Quan Capital, and other venture capital experts are invited to share the experiences of getting supports from angel funds, venture capital, private equity and their company growth process. In order to help the biotechnology industry and the financial investment field to communicate more closely and promote closer cooperation, the Taiwan Chartered
Financial Analyst Institute (CFA) and the Taiwan Bio-Industry Organization have jointly organized a financial investment BioTaiwan delegation, which has now made through dozens of financial investments and venture capital to go to the exhibition. It is expected to attract more potential investors before the opening ceremony, and inject more chances and opportunities for the long-term development of Taiwan's biotechnology industry.
